Become a Project Sponsor:
Individual Placement RFP (request for proposal) materials are available
by February of each year. 2008-09 RFP deadline: March 14,
2008
Sponsor applications for all start dates in the 2008-09 year are due at
one time. For projects that start September 2008, January, April, and
June 2009 proposals are due March 14, 2007.
Sponsors will be notified of the status of their application on April
15, 2008.
All sponsors must attend a required orientation in May 2008.

should be used as templates.
Incomplete or late applications are not accepted. All applications
must include a position description in the format of Addendum A.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST
- Applications must be postmarked by posted due date.
- Proof of eligibility: 501(c)3 status (new sponsors only).
- Two paper copies of proposal (total).
- One electronic copy of proposal emailed to Erin Rishling on or before due date.
- Completed cover sheet (including signed certifications and
assurances).
- All application questions are completely answered.
Please note that faxed or incomplete applications are not
accepted.
