Directions to Threemile Creek Restoration Project--Rylaarsdam
Property
Just as you are approaching Grangeville from the north, turn left on
Grangeville Truck Route (you will see a sign for airport here, you will
also see a gas station on the left); After 1.2 miles Bear left at "Y",
following Luke’s Gulch Road (toward Grangeville gun club)
Continue on Luke’s Gulch Road, bearing left after 2 miles, staying on
pavement. Continue heading north on Luke’s Gulch Road, turn right at
Luke’s Gulch Road, where it intersects with Stites Road. (The road
signs are confusing!) Here, the road turns to gravel. Barn and PCEI
sign is on left.

Directions to Friends of Flannigan Creek Restoration Project
From Moscow take US 95 North to Viola—about 7.5 miles. Turn right
(east) at the second exit for Viola on 4-Mile Road. After about 3.8
miles 4-Mile Road turns into Flannigan Creek Road. Continue on
Flannigan Creek Road, veer right the Y intersection with Marshall Road
which is gravel. Park in the driveway west of the the barn (the first
structure) on the left. |
Directions to Paradise Creek Restoration Project--Bennett
Property
From Moscow, turn right to head South on Jackson, which will turn into
South Main. At the light, head straight, as if you are heading to Troy,
on Highway 8. Park in the lot just past the warehouses on the right (but
not in the Electrical Specialist’s parking area). There will be a bridge
for volunteers to cross to the side of the creek where the restoration
takes place.

Directions to Deep Creek Restoration Project--Adler Property
Take Highway 95 North 15 miles. Turn left on Kennedy Ford Road. Bear
right at "Y" intersection with Meckel Road. Drive .6 miles to 1243
Kennedy Ford Road. The driveway is on the right just before the PCEI
project sign (it is actually the 2nd project sign on Kennedy Ford Road)

Directions to Lindsay Creek Restoration Project--Cowger Property
From Moscow, take Highway 95 South to Lewiston. After crossing the
bridge over the Clearwater River. Turn left onto E. Main (before the
light). Take a right on Lapwai Road. Pass Gun Club Road and take the
next right onto Larch Lane. The restoration site is located on the
property owned by the Cowger family, there is a large parking area near
the creek by the shop. |
Directions to City of Moscow Ballpark Project Site --Sherm Clyde
Property
Clyde Park, Moscow, ID 83843 --
Take I-95 South to West Palouse River Drive. Drive approximately 1 mile
and look for a PCEI Restoration sign. Parking is available at the
Arboretum across the street. |
Directions to Mill Road Restoration Project
Take Highway 8 East toward Troy (approximately 3 miles). From Highway 8
take a right turn on to Mill Road. You will see the Elks Golf Course on
the east side of the street. Follow Mill Road approximately 0.25 miles
to restoration site on right side of the road at culvert. You will see
a PCEI Restoration sign. |
Directions to the Moscow Community Garden
PCEI Community Garden - you can find the garden in the Northwest part of
Moscow at 1050 West C Street, near Tri-State and Emmanuel Lutheran
Church.

Directions to Robinson County Park
Robinson Park, Moscow, ID 83843 --
Take Mountain View to Joseph Street and turn East. Joseph Street
becomes Robinson Park Road. Drive approximately 5 miles (there will be
signs for Robinson Park) and end at Robinson Park. |
Directions to Partridge Creek Restoration Project
From Moscow--
Leave Moscow East on Highway 8, towards Troy. Stay on SR 8 through
Troy, Deary, and Helmer, until you reach Bovill (about 33 miles), turn
right to continue on SR 8, this will lead you right into Elk River
after about 17 miles. SR 8 will become 3rd in Elk River, turn left
onto Pine, left onto Front Street and follow it out of town. This road
will become Elk Creek Basin Rd. At the fork veer to the right onto
NF-1705. Follow this for about 1000’ and head to the left on Elk Butte
Rd. The Rinky Dink Campground and Christianson Meadow are on the right
less than a mile down the road. |
Directions to Tammany Creek Restoration Project
Tammany Creek, 4645 Tammany Creek Road, Lewiston, ID 83501 --
From Moscow, take I-95 South to Lewiston. Stay to the right after
crossing bridge into Lewiston. Turn West on I-12, then turn right onto
18th St, about 2 blocks. 18th turns into Dike Byp, follow around until
you meet the 'T' at Snake River Avenue. Turn right, or south, onto
Snake River Avenue, this will become Tammany Creek Road, follow for
about 6 miles out of Lewiston, end at 1319 Tammany Creek Road (note:
this address may not correspond to numbers on mail boxes). There will
be blue tubes at the site, and you will see a "PCEI Restoration" sign
at the head of the driveway, this is a good place to park. If you pass
Carpenter Rd or Come to Thain Rd, you have gone to far.

Waste Water Treatment Plant, Moscow, ID 83843 --
Located on West Pullman Road across from Wal-Mart and the Palouse Mall.
Parking is available at Wal-Mart and the Palouse Mall. |
South Fork Palouse River-Fountain Project
Take Highway 95 South. Turn left (east) on Palouse River Drive. Take a
right (south) on Paradise Ridge Road. Project is just before the
bridge on the north side of the South Fork Palouse River. Parking is
available at the West end of the project—please be aware this is an
aviation field and airplanes have the right of way! Thanks. |
Directions to South Fork Clearwater River Restoration Project--Kirtner
Site
From Lewiston:
Take Highway 95/Highway 12 East along the Clearwater River. Go
through Orofino and Kamiah, continue on 12, take a right on Highway 13
crossing the Clearwater River to Kooskia, and Stites. Stay on Highway
13 until you reach the Harpster Grade, veer left to travel upriver on
Highway 14 along the South Fork Clearwater River approximately 2 miles.
There is an ITD pullout on the left, where parking is available.
From Grangeville:
Head East on ID 13/W Main Street toward N Hall Street. Continue to
follow ID Highway 13 down the Harpster Grade. Take a sharp right onto
Highway 14. Travel on Highway 14 upriver along the South Fork
Clearwater River approximately 2 miles. There is an ITD pullout on the
left, where parking is available.
Please use extreme caution when approaching and exiting this site
as it is right off Highway 14 which is very narrow with limited
visibility in both directions.
