PCEI Watershed Program Staff consults with private landowners and land
managers on a broad range of environmental issues with an emphasis on
promoting functional native landscapes.
Our services include:
Habitat restoration design and construction projects with an
emphasis on riparian areas, wetlands, streams, rivers and priority or
degraded habitats.
Site assessment and planning with a focus on the riparian area and
natural storm water management techniques.
Consulting on environmental permitting requirements for federal,
state and local City and County permits.
Erosion control and slope stabilization.
Native riparian and wetland planting.
Sales and
propagation of native trees, shrubs and forbs.
Monitoring projects for permit compliance and long-term project
efficacy.

Our fee schedule is as follows:
$80/hour site visit and consultation
$30/hour project design, oversight and management
$17/hour for project implementation
TBD supplies and materials plus 10% markup to cover transportation
costs
TBD subcontract fees (engineering, excavation, etc.) based on
individual subcontract estimates
Travel per mile based on federal rate.
14% overhead on project costs
Because we are a nonprofit, we are unable to do bids based on funding
and time limitations.
