Born and raised in Portland, OR, Megan earned a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Oregon, with minors in Food Systems and Spanish. She joined Confluence in April 2024 as the Recruitment and Program Coordinator, bringing with her a background in volunteer management, a passion for environmental justice, and a drive to help build more sustainable and just communities through compassion and empowerment. Megan is excited to use her experience to help guide and develop our future environmental leaders and AmeriCorps members in Oregon.
